When can I access my storage unit?
We offer 24-hour access, 7 days a week. When you rent from us, you receive a personalized gate code that allows you to access your belongings whenever it fits your schedule—day, night, or holidays.
What are your office hours?
We operate as an unmanned facility, meaning we do not have staff permanently on-site. However, we are always here to help!

We are located at 3600 Nuangola Rd, Mountain Top, PA 18707, serving Nuangola, Rice Township, and the surrounding Wilkes-Barre area.

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes! We have a state-of-the-art online portal. You can easily pay your rent, check your balance, and manage your account from your computer or smartphone. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No. We offer flexible month-to-month leases. We understand that your storage needs can change, so we don't lock you into long-term contracts. You stay for as long as you need.
Do you offer Auto-Pay?
Yes, we highly recommend setting up Auto-Pay. It ensures your rent is paid on time every month so you never have to worry about late fees or losing access to your unit.

What size units do you have?
We offer a variety of unit sizes to fit every need, from small closets for boxes to large units capable of holding the contents of a whole house.
📦 Moving In
How do I rent a unit?
The fastest way is to book online. Our system allows you to select a unit, sign the lease, and pay within minutes. Once completed, you will receive your access code and can move in immediately. You can also visit our office during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM daily) to rent in person.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, you are responsible for locking your specific unit. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock for maximum security. If you don't have one, ask our office staff for recommendations.
What items are prohibited in storage?
For the safety of all our customers, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammable liquids (like gasoline), explosives, perishable food, or live animals. If you aren't sure about a specific item, please ask us!
